I was contracted for the residential Interior Design of this Sydney Apartment. Alterations were made to better utilise floor area, expanding the living spaces to maximise access to Northern light and allowing for an unobstructed connection to the kitchen, in which modern tones and textures were kept subtle to elegantly frame the apartment's harbour views. Additionally, particular attention was paid to planning the apartment's Eastern end, taking advantage of generous light & ventilation and introducing a spacious master suite. This property was purchased for investment by the owner. The 2 Bed, 1 Bath apartment was altered through smart planning to achieve a 3 Bed, 2 Bath residence. The property was re-developed and sold within a year, earning the owner a good profit.
